Growing up in coastal NC, Chasen had a very unique exposure to real estate in several contexts- walking job sites with his father, an architect, accompanying his grandfather, a developer of coastal and golf course communities, and his mother and step-father who were both realtors. This immersive backdrop paired with an education in business and finance at the College of Charleston have been invaluable to his clients. Many agree he brings insight to the table which is invaluable and he gains them a competitive edge in transacting real estate deals.


Outside of real estate, Chasen and his wife Sarah love to be outdoors and enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Chasen enjoys surfing, scuba diving, offshore and inshore fishing, and all types of adventure seeking- especially in a foreign setting. Some of Chasen's great travel memories include studying abroad in the South of France, sail fishing in Central America, and exploring the culture and geography throughout Africa and Southeast Asia.
